Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in the configured Cloudflare D1 database. Access should be limited to authorized personnel. The site operator must set and implement an appropriate retention and deletion process before launch.

Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion, contact the Jellora team using the official contact channel provided during your enquiry. A dedicated privacy contact address should be published before production launch.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and database infrastructure. Other providers, if enabled later, should be reflected in an updated policy.
